"Branding Free" license but copy-right after installation

I yesterday bought a vBadvanced CMPS with Branding Free licenses, but have after the installation nevertheless copyright (Powered by vBadvanced CMPS v2.1.0). What wrong do I make?

Edit the adv_portal_footer template and remove the copyright info, if you own the branding free license.

Why actually the sperate download in the Members-Area, if I must remove the copyright nevertheless by hand :confused:
