Scrolling Module

Ok I have a module with link tags in it, And I have it scrolling up right now but it's jumpy when it gets to the last tag, How do I make it more smooth and continueous???

Ok never mind, Turns out it's just the way firefox reads the code it can't figure out what to do when it comes to the end of the list.
