Upgraded to 3.5, now my Submit a Link doesn't work

After upgrading to 3.5 and the related VBA Links upgrade, the Submit a Link or Link to Us on the Links homepage is broken.

The urls they point to are:

Submit: /links/addlink.php?c=1
Link to Us: /links/misc.php?do=linktous

Any idea what could be causing this? When clicked they just go to a blank page.

Upload the vbalinks_install.php file to your admincp directory, go to it in your browser, and select the option to reinstall your templates.

I just tried that and am still having the same problem.

Note that the Submit a Link goes to a blank page, and the Link to Us goes to a "blank" link page (normal vb header, footer, etc, but blank)

Any ideas?
