Variable Width Center Columns

Guys,

I love this vBa implementation: http://www.promodsource.com.

I notice that when the window gets resized smaller that only the wide center column on this site changes width to accomodate the smaller window.

How is this trick done?

That's the way a default CMPS installation works.
