Screen shot attachment

When I see people at this forum and many others I see down at the bottom of their post a box

"Attached screen shot"

and then a screen shot is placed with in a small box... kind of the same thing that an attached file looks like..

how do I attach a screen shot.. would make my life so easy to do that..

Sorry, but that is a standard vBulletin option and as such we can't provide support for vBulletin here. You'll want to inquire at either vBulletin.com or vBulletin.org and look into the attachment thumbnails options.
