Hello, I would like to know how long it usually take for a support ticket to be answered.

I'm waiting on someone to install vBadvance CMPS for me. I'm sure everyone is really busy, and I understand that fully! Just want to know how long it generally takes for the process to be completed.

Just when exactly will someone be installing the vbadvance CMPS for me? I mean, I have already installed it and it's showing up in my adminCP but not on my forum homepage. Everything is installed and I don't see the copyright image from the bottom anywhere? Did I do something wrong? Could someone from technical support and installation please take a look at it a.s.a.p?

It had been less than 8 hours since you ordered the installation when you made this post. I just checked your ticket and it appears that Zachery has taken care of things.

Didn't know whether to open new thread, but why waste space?

Ticket opened Thursday at 11:30 am or so. I have yet to hear anything. Assuming it won't be over the weekend, but hoping for install on Monday?

I don't know about anyone else, but I opened a support ticket over a week ago, and got a "I'll look into it",... never another word. Nor any help on the support thread.

I'm uninstalling.
