Adding BB Module - editor problems

Whilst trying to add a BB Code module, the editor box seems to have lost the path to the graphics for the edit box.

Can you help me by telling me where I need to place the images folder, or how do I get it to look in the correct location?

Admin CP => Style Manager => {select style} => All Style Options => Image Paths => Text Editor Controls Folder

Make sure you have that, and the rest of your image paths, set to the full URL to the folders.
