Links in Links Directory Nav Bar

When im in the links directory I see the following links in the lower level nav bar from left to right.

........Home.........Submit a Link.............Link To Us.................Search.........

How can I remove any of these links and or change the names of them, can anyone help me?

If I wanted to remove the "Home" link or at least make it invisible but dont actually remove the code, what would I need to do?

Is there a way to use conditionals like in Vbulletin? Or maybe commenting out the line or link for Home?

Im not very good with modifying code, Help me out here if you would.
