I saw this killer amazon affiliate module on the phpNuke website. Would like to see if anybody here can make one.

Features should include

Amazon affiliate #
A way to add amazon item #s to show.
You can use the cmps affiliate module as an example. However, you do not need to scroll the amazon items like that hack scrolls the affiliates.

If an amazon system is made, it would need to almost be a separate hack, because it should include features like category browsing, or more on the site, and I've seen one that generated amazon referral link code that gave you a higher commission as well....

I'd love to see something nice put together that integrated with VB as well....

I am just looking for something simple. In the phpNuke module, I have a ACP option to add products too and put in my affiliate number. I am hoping for something like this too.

HHhhhmm...... let me rephrase the question: Where is the site that the you saw the PHPNuke version of the Amazon item working in action that you want to re-create in VBA?

OK, I understand. I used to run a phpNuke site. It is not running anymore. However at that time, I had a module the hooked into it that displayed a random Amazon item on the page with my reseller code in the link. Here were to features it had.

My reseller code was in the ACP
I could choose a category to display random items from.
I could manually add items from Amazon to display (instead of going random) using the Amazon item numbers.

All of this was configurable in the ACP.
I will try to find a site that is displaying this module in action for you.

Amazon Has a kick butt thing going on now where you can access their database directly with XML. A Module to do this would be an awesome feature! This new system of amazon's, you can directly access and search, display product information etc. Right on your own website. Basically everything is returned to you in an array, which makes it awesome to code!
