How to rectify the links on vB nav in directory pages?

When i recently upgraded my forums to 3.5.3 and noticed in the directory pages the vB nav links has changed as follow:

http://www.best-board.com/links/usercp.php

where as i need to remove the /link/ and it must be

http://www.best-board.com/usercp.php

How to change this?

Admin CP => vBa Links Directory => Modify Settings

Copy the filenames listed in your Navbar Replacements option over to your Header Replacements option and that should take care of the problem.
