Path to forums showing on CMPS index

I looked around to see if this has been reported before, but to be honest I'm not sure what search terms to use. I just installed the CMPS on a clean install of vB 3.5.3, and on the vBAdvanced index page the path to the forums is visible as a line of code above the vBulletin logo. Why might that be happening? Also, sometimes when I visit the page it shows normally (but with the path to the forums as I described above) and sometimes it just loads a blank page (with the path to the forums still shown up in the left corner of the page). :confused:

Hrmm, that does sound a bit weird... Would it be possible to post a link so I can actually see the problem? If not, how about the source code that the page is printing out?
