Download System with Screenshots

Hi, I'm interested in installing vBa but before I go ahead, I'm wondering if vBa has got a download/upload system, where I can upload screenshots along with the file(size can be set)?

There is the links and downloads manager over at vB.org, with a vBA module, but the one I use, that also has a vBA module is ecDownloads (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=102383&highlight=ecdownloads) which supports screenshots etc.
