New Install~ Screwed up newreply.php

I just installed vBadvanced and now my new reply php is crazy! Help! What did I do wrong?!

The CMPS wouldn't affect your newreply.php file in any way.

All templates were fine before.. now all of the boxes for "new thread" and "new reply" in EVERY template are off. The box is MUCH wider than it should be. CMPS did this as they were all working fine before I installed it.

The CMPS does not touch anything with those files, and could not affect them. If you turn off your plugins though your vB options then that will completely disable everything with the CMPS and you should be able to see then that it would still happen.
