Forum on subdomain

Hi,

My forum is running on a subdomain ie. forums.mysite.com

Do i still set the forumpath in the installation to /home/myname/public_html/forums ?

would the settings be the same as having my forums as www.mysite.com/forums?

If that's where your subdomain points to, then yes, that's what you would use for the forum path.

Brian, many thanks for the reply.

Another thing. As my forum is in the subdomain, when i login from vBa (the main domain), the login direct me to the subdomain login. But once it's redirected back to vBa home, i'm still un-logged in. Any idea how to resolve this problem?

Have you tried the suggestions in the FAQ forum regarding problems logging in/out?
