Hi,

I am having a problem with firefox users when they logon via the vBa CMPS logon window. The system actually logs them on but the Vba CMPS window stays blank, users assume they haven't logged on. If a user goes to the forum page they see by the navbar they are logged in correctly. You can see the front vBa screen at:

http://www.ls6.com.au (www.ls6.com.au)

I am using vB 3.5.3 and CMPS 2.1.0

Could someone please let me know if I have configured something incorrectly (caching or something?) or if it may just be a firefox issue. I saw an error similar in an old post and it recommended adding a line of code next an existing line of code, the problem was that line it said to look for doesn't exist in my vba template.

Thanks in advance,

Gary

Hi Brian,

I checked the FAQ forum but couldn't find any information. Looking into the problem further it's both IE & Firefox having an issue. To explain further the main forum keeps the user logged in but in the CMPS window it appears that they are not logged in.

I just went to the forum after not logging in for about 5 hours and the CMPS page showed I wasn't logged in. Instead of entering my logon details again I went straight to the Forum link which showed I am still logged in.

Sorry if I have missed what you tried to point me at with your post but I am really stuck.

Thanking you in advance,

Gary
