Trouble displaying

No matter what new modules I install they don't show up on my fron tpage even they are correct and activated. Should I rebuild the templates or somehting?

Are the modules active on that particular page? Also be sure that you have the correct template name entered... For example, if your template is called adv_portal_links, only 'links' needs to be entered in the 'Template to Include' field.
