Tables not working?

I've tried to code some tables into a module...

BBCode module.

Anyhow, they work. They work WELL!

BUT.... there is a HUGE GAP from the top of the module to the top of the tables. :confused:

I've tried everything and can't get the table to squeeze up to the top frame of the module.

I want to use tables but this gap is preventing me... Too much wasted space looks bad.

I would suspect that it's from all of this code (which seems to be pretty useless) at the beginning of your module.
