How do I... configure my forum directory in the vBadvanced portal?

Hello!

I just have installed the vBadvanced portal in the root but my forum is on the /root/forum directory, so the links in the vBadvanced portal are broken, but not my pictures :S (I'd like to have links like /root/forum/index.php, /root/forum/calandar.php, etc. but not like /root/index.php, /root/calandar.php, etc.)

Do you know how i can change it to make it working properly?
