Sites all messed up

Just revert your index template.

Go to your Style Manager like you are going to edit the template. Select your index template, then to the right you will see a button that says 'Revert'. Click that and it will revert the template to it's default.

Ok now the problem is the size/width of everything is all messed up.. i tryed to size it but i cant get it right.. also how do i get the news in the center so i can post news articles etc...details please :)
