I'm currently using VBindex right now, I like it but have a couple of issues I wish were different.

1. In VBindex -- (unlike VBportal) if you have a lot of viewing styles, and change made to an information box has to be changed for that box in every style. Is that the same for vBadvanced CMPS?

2. Is it possible to install vBadvanced CMPS while VBindex installed -- and play with them both until I decide which one best suits my site?

3. What are the major differences between vBadvanced CMPS and vBadvanced Home? I'll be dipped if I can notice a difference.

thanx

1. This will probably work exactly the same. Unless you have a good reason not to, you really should make all of your styles a 'child style' of one 'main style'. That way you can add templates to your main style and have it affect the rest of them, and then only change templates that should be different in your other styles. ;)

2. Yes.

3. The CMPS is basically a very advanced version of the homepage. It's much easier to customize, move things around, add modules, and gives you more control over new pages and modules that are created. About the only time I would recommend the homepage for somebody is if they are very comfortable with HTML, PHP, and intend on changing quite a bit about the way it looks. ;)
