Trying to install, and it appears to be freezing up

It's adding indexes to the thread table. It hasn't timed out yet, but it looks like it might. Is there something else I should do? I have a pretty large database.

So the install script timed out adding indexes. Now what?

Nevermind, I hit the back button and tried again and it appeared to work.
