Lost access to Index

I have vbA installed live and that one is working fine. My problem is that on my test site when I go to the test forum my VBA does not let me in. I get the message that I do not have permission to access this page. I have not changed any permissions any where so I am not sure what could be wrong. Any ideas ? I can access the forum section but not allowed to view the index, which is VBA.

Anyone have any ideas what I could have done or should do to fix my problem ? I have checked every place that I can set perissions and have not found what could be wrong. I would like to find out so that I do not do this to my active forum.

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Pages => Default / Homepage

Have you modified the permissions for your page there? What version of the CMPS are you running?

I am running cmps 2.1 I do not believe I changed the persissions but I will double check for the millionth time and see. I have looked over everything and still am told I do not have access to view that page. GRRRRR.
