Cookie problem w/install

Everything worked fine, up until I tried to access one of my forums. Forumdisplay gives me this message:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/netrosea/public_html/ng/groups/global.php
Line: 702

Any advice?

It looks like you've mishacked one of your files (most likely functions.php). Try getting a fresh, un-hacked version of those files and reapply the changes using Notepad or another simple text editor. Do not use Dreamweaver or another similar program as those have been known to cause problems in the past.
