I get this error when I go to AdminCP, Styles, then edit template.
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/**********/includes/db_mysql.php on line 312
Any ideas on why this is so.
Next is images like the edit post image etc can be seen in forum but not on the main page of CMPS?

There shouldn't be any way that error could be caused by the CMPS. I'd recommend getting the /includes/db_mysql.php file from the default vBulletin zip file and upload that. If that doesn't help, you should ask for help at vbulletin.com.
As for the images, you have to edit the path to each of your image folders, as stated in the readme file:
Go to your Style Manager under "Styles & Templates" in your Admin CP. Choose to modify All Style Options. On this page, you will see a section for "Image Paths". Here you must change the path for each image directory (Title Image, Button Images Folder, Miscellaneous Images Folder, etc) to the full path (ex - /forum/images or http://yoursite.com/forum/images).
You must do this for each of your styles, otherwise your images will not show up! </FONT>

Okay got the images flowing through the entire site, now the community link in the nav bar shows a ? rather then the link to the forum. How can this be resolved cause in the setting of vB the community is setup correctly with proper link to forum but on the nav bar in CMPS doesn't show up correctly.

Okay the issue is with CMPS that I get the error that was listed above; because I just uploaded the orginal files that we modify and the eroor goes away. So somewhere in one of the follow files that you have us edit is a mistake (which I copied and pasted the code into those sections you told us to). Not sure exactly which one it is but just the FYI, I will try again when I get back and check this section to see your reply.
This is not to mean anything you did wrong just saying the error occured somewhere in that method. Cause you have a great system and I love using it.

I'd recommend reapplying the changes to your files, and be sure to use Notepad or a similar text editor. Do not use Dreamweaver or any programs like that as they have been known to cause problems in the past. As long as you apply the changes correctly then there's no way you could get an error like that.

I mostly use Pico to edit files which is a linux based shell text editor. But I will reapply them and let you know

Okay redoing all that again helped out but now get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: print_portal_output() in *******/public_html/index.php on line 27
The line says print_portal_output($home) when you go to look up that line.

You either didn't make the changes to your global.php file, or you forgot to upload it. ;)

I did make all the changes and uploaded the global.php file and it worked before but didn't then. So I had to redownload CMPS unzip and edit the index and reuploaded it which seemed to fix things for now.
But you should work on the import from vBa Homepage a bit better, like custom templates importing. Moving on to the next then, I create a template call is adv_portal_test, now why does that show up under custom and not the vBa CMPS section like on homepage if I did like index_test it would go under the index section. The template is working and everything like it suppose to but it shows up under Custom instead of VBA CMPS section like it should for more organization.

Any Ideas on why they do not file correctly under the thing they are suppose to in VBACMPS.

I'm honestly not sure. I do plan on looking into that though.
