problem with a module....

For my site news module, I selected 3 specific threads to be displayed in that module, but on the portal page, it's showing only ONE thread, and this thread is NOT one that I chose to be displayed.

The same is happening with my Recent Threads module. I selected specific threads to be displayed, but it's showing only ONE of them.

any ideas on what's wrong and how to fix?

Are the permissions set so that those threads are viewable?

I really REALLY do need help with this, so that I don't have to uninstall it.
My recent threads module is not showing ANY threads. And yes ALL permissions are set correctly.

ANY ideas??

whelp I've never gotten an answer to my problems with this, nor to my support ticket other than, "we're looking into it"... that was over a week ago.

so I'm uninstalling this. This is just crazy.
