How Do I Collapse Some Directories?

I would like to collapse some of the directories in my links directory.

I'll have some, such as jokes, pictures, and pet sites that will be on their own, and have their own links, but then I will have some Directories that will have about 50 subdirectories each and I would like to have those start out collapsed. How can I do this?
