Upgrade vbulletin

I have CMPS 100 y vbulletin 301...

If upgrade to vbulletin 302 I lost CMPS or add on´s?

You will have to reaply the page edits and rerun the install with update templates only. From what I am told..

Reapply the file modifications in the readme file, then upload the vbacmps_install.php file to your admincp directory and select the option to install only the templates, and that's it. :)

Ok.... is not necesary rewrite the templates?

It only re-installs the master set. Any templates you have customized will not be lost.
