This is a really weird hack that i'm hoping someone can help me out with.

here are the posts in my forum regarding the hack:
Post 1) any member can manually control and maintain to keep everyone updated on how many tapes or episodes of a serie are being released each week and which are coming soon (also applicable to Asian movies). They all link to their respective discussion threads too.
Post 2) the non-topic starter can go in and edit the threads?
Post 3) No. Everyone would just be able to edit the series-updater-script thing on the portal by providing which episodes are released.
