I feel so stupid asking this, but either I am looking so hard I am totally missing this, or my brain leaked out of my head.

In your Admincp - Styles & Templates - Style Manager - Add a new template. Where is the add new template option? I am running VB 3.01 with CMPS.

Like you said go to your ADMINCP/STYLES & TEMPLATES/STYLE MANAGER, then in the style you want to add you template(usually default) there should be a drop down menu. in that there should be the option ADD NEW TEMPLATE.
