Looking for some assistance

I am looking to hire someone on my team (jamz.net) to assist creating a template for our latest production, corvetteforum1.com. I have the design complete as a PNG. I have the header and footer done and capable of puttin these in. However, I need assistance creating the blocks. I will pay an hourly rate.

Please let me know if anyong is interested in assisting. The timeline is nearing, so I need assistance ASAP.

what is it you want, new pages or blocks on the cpms home page? i'm not sure what you mean as you have seperate headers and footers??
