I have my vba and my forums in my root directory.Changed cmps_index.php to index.php.And my original index.php to toontown.php.But all my links in my navbar and all the modules are adding toontown/ to the urls...
Ie http://www.myforum.com/toontown/showthread.php?t=3415 instead of
http://www.myforum.com/showthread.php?t=3415.
i had the forum homepage url in admincp changed to http://www.myforum.com/toontown
Only way i can get it to work is by not putting anything in for my forum homepage url,and leaving it http://www.myforum.com but I'm sure this will conflict with other options in my forum. Also my drop down menus were not working either til i removed the forum homepage url.
I tried changing the forum url to just toontown /toontown but none worked! Any ideas as I'm sure some of my hacks need to know the forum home url....

I really have no idea what you are talking about? Your link is not working either.

Plus, why do you have to complicate your stuff? You can creat a folder call forum under your root, and leave everything the way it was.

I want my forum in my root folder as its supposed to be better for search engine indexing and ranking, they index more than they do in subforums of your site.
And the links wont work as they are just examples....
There was another thread somewhere with this same problem but after hours of searching i couldnt find it again.it didnt have a fix anyway....

It works perfectly on my site. The link won't work because it was setup incorrectly. :)
