I have vbShout installed. I am not familiar with the app too much and i don't know if it is the reason for the person's post. If you go to theofficeforum.net and look in the shoutbox this message was posted:

[Yesterday 03:11 PM] CoDy1993: Site By Hacked CoDy1993
[Yesterday 03:11 PM] CoDy1993: selam

Now I am guessing that person meant Site Hacked by CoDy1993. How do I know if anything was done to my VbAdvanced/Vbulletin site? It seems like everything is fine but how do I check?

Check the logfile on your server, also check on vb.org if you made the security update on the shoutbox which prevents to execute html on the shoutbox.

What would I look for in the logfile to know if anything bad happened?

the log file will show the ip of the person that did it so you can ban them from your site.
