IMO get rid of the moderator collum, it looks horrid, and you only have one moderator.

Otherwise you have a whole ton of forums and a whole lack of actual posts in them.

half those forums shouldnt be visible to everyone... like your office/staff rooms etc

you should perhaps consider employing subforums for some of the stuff like news and polls, heh... instead of making them a feature of the site... basically, its hard to determine what the point of the place is.

the important stuff doesnt really stand out from the extra bull****..... so it all looks like extra bull****, if you get what I mean
