I see that vB have issued version 3.6 beta1. Installed it on my dev machine and am quite positive about it.
There are a few issues that are going to stop (inhibit) the running of vBAdvanced, the most obvious of these being the phrasetypeid column has gone AWOL in the updated version. I have experimented and got vBA running, albeit in a rather limited fashion.
Will there be any upgrades forthcoming for vBA CMPS please?

I haven't had a chance to check out vBA Links yet, though I feel there might be problems here too.

I'll see what I can do to ge tthem updated as soon as we can, but you must remember that this is beta software and is not fully supported at this time. We will do our best to resolve any issues in a timely fassion.

Many thanks for the prompt reply.
I fully realise that until the final version is distributed, to update all hacks/mods/addons will be (to a certain extent) fairly pointless because of the lack of support, but it would still be nice to have as much as possible in place for when the big day arrives :D
Thanks again

Also managed to hack it together, but wouldnt dare take it public. Nor do I dare take 3.6 public just yet. Look forward to an update, but no need to rush as I'm sure 3.6 wont go gold for quite some time.

I'm also interested in progress with not just CMPS but with the links directory I have installed and (although its not supported here the gallery) I assume I will just lose my gallery because I purchased it from here, it was sold and now my membership has run out at pp, this means I can't get updates. I'm still annoyed about this as gallery was purchased only a short time before and I don't think it should have been sold to me knowing it was being sold :( but that I guess is just me whining about losing $99 or whatever it was

Obviously I have everything backed up, but I wanna ensure links etc work or can at least be turned off until they do. i..e how it will affect my upgrade. I guess I have concerns because this site seems to be too quiet of late and am not sure if support will be here or if anyone will seriously work on any problems. Hope this doesn't sound negative I like my products from here but obviously my forums are no 1 priority and haven't seen Brian around so not sure if things will continue here.

Brian's lack of visible presence doesn't mean that he hasn't been around. ;)

We are working on getting things up and running for 3.6 and as soon as there is news I'll make sure we announce it.

I wonder if someone here could clarify the status vis-a-vis vB 3.6. The download here for vBa 2.2.0 says it's designed for vB 3.6, but it clearly doesn't work with it. Is this simply a misprint on the download, and 2.2.0 is actually meant for 3.5.x., and at this stage still no version of vBa works with 3.6 rc 2?

With thanks.

Well vBa 2.2 works for vB 3.6 only and is not a misprint./
