multiple pages per article

Can I have more than one page for an article?
Some of the articles I have on my site are several pages long. How would I put those pages in the cms?

i think he is refering to the fact that some of his artilces are several pages long...

and he would like to know how to put those articles in several pages just like here in vbadvanced.com

with article I mean the regular content. Not the news items, or forum threads.
I have articles on the history of kickboxing or the devolopment of karate etc..

the site is shoto.com the info I am talking about are the links at the top.
My css seem to have stopped working so I guess I will make this upgrade this week.
