Title not updated after editing

Please excuse the cross-post. Not sure if this is vb or cmps.

When I edit a title for the news, it does not update throughout.

An sql dump shows the new title in vb_post, but the old title in vb_forum, and vb_thread.

In other words, I see the old title everywhere unless I find the new forum via vb and display that one post.

Should be a pretty new and clean install of all the latest. The only mention I can find of this problem at vb forums is old and fixed.

Any help much appreciated...

Are you referring to your second news post? If so, that's because you only edited the post title and not the thread title. If you edit the thread through the 'Thread Tools' drop down then it will give you an option there to update the thread title. ;)
