News Display Problem

Any ideas why the four top posts on my portal won't budge no matter what I do?

After these four posts the news updates fine.

It's because they're sticky on your forum. There's a setting in vBadvanced on whether you want to apply sticky threads to your news as well. Go in the admincp to Edit Page: Homepage-->News Options-->Show Sticky Posts on Top and set to NO.
