View Full Version : How do i fix the banner URL?
While installing vBadvanced CMPS v2.1.0, I was obviously asked to check image URLs. Everything worked out fine in that area except 1 thing. For one of the styles (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=104298), it didn't ask me for the URL to the banner and it loads the CMPS page just fine but with a big black block instead of the banner.. How do I fix that?
Edit: Made a Support Ticket (http://www.vbadvanced.com/ticket.php?do=viewticket&t=3260) too so it would be easier to help fix the problem.

Is it a big black block or is it a corrupt image and there is no image to see because the URL to the image is not specified or incorrect?
Because that image should be part of the GLOBAL parts of your site and not vbadvanced, therefore, its thinking its already IN your forums directory when in reality, its not, your page is loading in your root outside of the forums directory.
In essence, you will possibly need to go into your forums GENERAL SETTINGS and give the FULL url path to your HEADER IMAGE and not the shortened version of the url.
But I'm just taking a guess here since your question doesn't give me enough info especially without a URL for us to look at.
Nevermind, KW802 helped me out in my support ticket. Someone can close this topic now.
