wow, What does it take to get someone to answer and work on a support ticket......
This is crazy
When a customer pays for sevice you figure it would be acted on...

Dilldogs: PM me your ticket # and I'll take a look & also let me know what communications you've had so far with the installer.
Naeemakhtar: Your installation was submitted on the 14th & completed on the 15th; since then it appears you've been having various issues with setting options & configuration but not the installation. It also appears that Zachery has been trying to guide you down the right paths.

Well it would be fine if you set it up properly / answered the odd question - ive solved all the config options myself and with the help of some people over at vbulletin.org. However my VBulletin install was not set up properly...my admin control panel for one when you set a custom template has been mssing all the icons!!! [when you add in bb code template it loads an editor that shows no icons because all of them are missing and thats always been the way!]
