Unintall error shut down board?

I uninstalled the VB Links for now, and I am getting this error when trying to access any pages? I do have VB CMPS installed.

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

It looks like you mishacked your includes/init.php file when making the modifications. Try uploading a fresh, unhacked version of that file and it will fix the problem.
