I'm new to VB and Advanced. I am just writing to ask how long after you have bought Advanced and paid for support to upload it does it take? I have posted to the open ticket twice to ask but not had a response, so I hope you won't mind me posting here.

I look forward to hearing from you soon, because I would love to have this on my boards:)

I still haven't heard from anyone regarding setting up my boards, despite paying for this on 12th July.
