View Full Version : vBa CMPS 2.2.0 Now Compatable w/ All vB 3.6 Versions
Brian

We've just updated the download package here for vBadvanced CMPS 2.2.0 so that it is now compatable with all currently released versions of vBulletin 3.6. Since the changes between the two versions are minimal and the current files will work with vB 3.6 Beta 1 - vB 3.6 RC1, there will not be a version number change. For those who need to upgrade, simply download the package from here and replace your existing admincp/vba_cmps_admin.php file with the new one from the package. If you have applied the temporary workaround posted here (http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showpost.php?p=89690&postcount=24) by Zachery, please be sure to un-do the changes, or just upload the original vBulletin admincp/global.php file over your existing one.
Enjoy. :)

Just to clarify...the version that was "Updated 06-16-2006" is now a current stable 3.6 version ?

Yes, they didn't update that page but the new one is there in the download package.

Yes, that is correct. The "last updated" part didn't get updated since I only uploaded the new files, but that's been changed now as well just so there won't be anymore confusion. :)

I must be doing something wrong. I was using the workaround with beta 4, and now just upgraded to RC2, which overwrote the global file. I copied the vbadvanced file over but when I go to edit a page I am getting Admin Hash Mismatch again.
Edit: Whatever was causing it is now gone as it is working now after I kept trying it and tried some other edits too.
So not sure what happened, but working for me now.

vB 3.6 Gold out :) :) :) :)
Can someone (Kevin/Zachery) confirm if this will work for gold..... just wondering if I should update now, or wait for a CMPS gold release. Realise gold has been out for less than a couple of hours so I'm just here fishing really, no real hurry, just don't want to go through two installs <yes, I'm lazy> :) I've also got links, so I'm kinda interested if that is being or has been updated.
Thanks.

A bug report (because there's no appropriate 3.6 forum):
The url of the link of the arrow in the last posts module isn't working any more.
For example on my site http://www.ivanhoejupiler.be/
A sample url that isn't working: http://www.ivanhoejupiler.be/showthread.php?goto=lastpost&t=35462
Edit, another small thing: the product manager is still saying 2.1.0 and in the description is standing & instead of & (use cdata).

Sorrted mine
It was caused by the files not being overwritten when uploading the new files.
Once I sorted that it worked..................

And what about the "Recent Post" Error @Feckie ?
As I Said It Was Caused By The Files Not Being Overwritten When Uploading To Forum...................
All I Done Was To Delete The Files On The Ftp., and reupload them.
