Report to Moderator

Where and how do I receive reports sent through the "Report to Moderator" option? I have sent a test through this option and did not receive anything by email. Does the links directory use the same email address as the Webmaster's Email (found in the Site Name / URL / Contact Details settings) in the forum?

The report posts feature should work pretty much the same way as in vBulletin... It first looks for moderators to send the email to. If there are none, it then finds admins and sends the email to them.

OK, Thanks. I understand a little better after you explanation. I must not have something set properly because I'm not receiving any emails when trying to report to moderator. I had an admin user set up, but did not have a moderator. I set up a moderator and neither the admin or moderator are receiving an email in regards to this. I'll try to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I just tried on here (where I have a moderator) and my personal site (where there are no moderators) just to double check and be sure, but it worked fine on both. If you're still having problems though and would like to submit a support ticket via the Members Area here I'll be glad to take a look.

Got it! Now I feel almost too stupid to say what the problem was. :o I didn't have my email account set up properly for receiving the message. Now I really feel stupid. :o
