help please...

I changed my index.php to just forums.php and then went in and changed the admin cp options for the forum home..

and the cmps-index.php to index.php and it gave me a invalid path error..

everything is uplaoded, ran the script just fine.. and ready to rock.. everything is in the adminCp and setup. modules all arranged.
but my forum still looks the same ???

Did you edit the cmps_index.php file and add a path?

If you are using the file in the same diretory try ./

yes I edited the cmps-index.php and added my sites path.. thats the only way it will install at all and run the install script.. Im guessin I did that part right :D

and yes it is in the same directory..

are you saying try changing the cmps_index.php to index.php./

or index./php

No, inside of the cmps_index.php file you need to edit a certain line like the instructions say. Being able to install the system does not require that you do this.
