Parse error

There may have already been a solution to this problem, or it might be my part. well anyways, I followed the install to a T. And whenever I got to the install page I get this error.


Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /usr/home/zellbet/public_html/forums/includes/functions.php on line 1887

Dont edit with dreamweaver, try somthing like wordpad and start with fresh files.
