Shoutbox help :D

I currently have a shoutbox with tag-board.com (the enhanced version)

I've tried putting it as a block... But when I do... I don't see the template block around it, I just see the shoutbox all bare. :(

Is there anyone that could please help me with this.. If needed, I could post the shoutbox html and stuff into a text file.
