i finally re-released it to the rest of the site. sorry for stealing most of ur directories and descriptions brian...can't blame me tho :)
anyhow, no real issues during install except the 'you are not authorized' when going to the index page. i had to set permissions for myself. in RC3, you may want to setup 'standard/common' pre-sets for Administrators, Moderators, Registered, Not Registered/Logged out and Banned by Moderators groups... :)
