Problems after 3.0.1 -> 3.0.2 -> 3.0.3 upgrade

I upgraded to 3.0.2 then to 3.0.3 the day it came out and now I cannt get my CMPS working. When I go there, I get:

Warning: chdir(): No such file or directory (errno 2) in /home/afceyri/public_html/index.php on line 19

Warning: main(): Unable to access ./global.php in /home/afceyri/public_html/index.php on line 25

Warning: main(./global.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/afceyri/public_html/index.php on line 25

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/afceyri/public_html/index.php on line 25

I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling, but nothing changed. I have the correct
chdir in the index file (Double checked).

Any help is greatly apprieted

I am POSITIVE that i have the correct info down. I've checked several times and its all correct.

This thread (http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1589) will help - I used it when upgrading to 3.0.3 and after receiving the same error. :)
