Links directory not visible

I'm sure this is something simple but my Links directory is not showing up after upgrading to 2.0 beta. I'm running vB 3.6.2. New links and random links show up fine. Any ideas?

Have you modified your ADV_LINKS template? If so, you'll need to revert it. You may also want to try saving one of your categoires so that the category cache will be updated just to be sure it's not something with that.

I don't know what mod I did to the ADV_Links template but that was it. Thanks Brian! ;)
