View Full Version : Integrating a Bible To VBadvanced
I'm trying to integrate this bible into vbadvanced...
[Bible (http://www.startlearningnow.com/bible/)]
I dont want to use Iframes, so I'm trying to totally integrate it into vbadvanced...
What would be the first step in accomplishing this?

Well, here's just an overview..
View the source (right click on the page). Copy that source into your html editer, and fix 'er up. Then copy the completed code into a new template (something like: vba_portal_bible or something), create the module (or page, depending upon what you really want -- see the CMPS F.A.Q. for details on both).

It requires more than just that..

Polo,
I just d/l'ed the source files tonight to take a look at it. Is your goal to wrap the existing page that you linked to or to installed a local copy on your own server? The reason I ask is because the data for the query needs to be inserted in your sql database.
I would like to have my own copy in my server.. the only things is that I want to integrate this mod in my cmps completely....
a full integration.... i know is possilble... i just need a hint ;)
anywyas, thanks km802 for trying to help, i appreciate it really much

Have you been able to get it work on your server as just a plain HTML page? When I installed it on mine I first ran into an issue where it didn't like one of the include statements so now I'm just trying to get it run as plain HTML before bringing in into CMPS.
no i havent working on it...
